AUDIO VISUAL EQUIPMENT ORDER FORM

This form must be completed and returned by Exhibitor if service is required.

1. Orders are valid only when payment has been made. Payment can be made via Singapore telegraphic transfer. 9% GST applies to all orders.

2. Rates indicated are for the entire duration of the event.

3. Exhibitor shall bear all charges for bank telegraphic transfers.

4. Late orders after 1st September 2024 and on-site orders may not be provided and, if available, will be subjected to a 30% surcharge respectively. 50% surcharge will be incurred for on-site orders. Priority will be given to advanced orders.

5. All items provided are on a rental basis. The exhibitor is responsible for any loss or damages.

6. Amount paid are non-refundable should the event be canceled or the withdrawal of the Exhibitor one month before the event.

7. Standard cable length for equipment connection not exceeding 2m will be provided. Should you require the cable to be longer than 2m, It will be quoted separately upon request.

8. The price quoted below does not include electrical supply. Kindly ensure sufficient electrical supply is available for your order.

9. Building utility outlets are not part of the booth space and are not to be used by Exhibitor unless otherwise specified. Please cater for power sockets in order for selected equipment to be powered.
